3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the jp88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
- Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation, or making false representations when dealing with jp88.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means, including the creation of multiple accounts.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the jp88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to the limits set for each payment method. jp88 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. All successfully credited deposits are non-reversible.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) is complete. Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by jp88. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen method.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
